Consultation We Provide
Communicating with schools, physicians, attorneys, law firms, and other treatment providers is critical to ensuring we are all on the same path to assist children in getting the resolution they need. We support parents and testify before the DOE office of impartial hearings and local school CSE and CPSE meetings on behalf of her patients.
Counseling for Children in High Conflict Divorces
Dr. Linden specializes in working with the courts in high-conflict divorce cases to assist children in managing a very stressful environment.
We support and counsel children who manifest difficulties in processing information due to the effect of family issues.
Parent Coordination
Parent coordination (PC) is a hybrid legal-mental health role that combines assessment, education, case management, conflict management, dispute resolution, and, at times, decision-making functions.
PC is a child-focused process conducted by a licensed mental health or family law professional or a certified, qualified, or regulated family mediator under the rules or laws of their jurisdiction with practical professional experience with high-conflict family cases.
PC is for co-parents who are unable or unwilling to jointly make parenting decisions, communicate effectively, comply with parenting agreements and orders, or shield their children from the impact of parental conflict.

Dr. Linden provides support and consultation to law firms by providing thorough examination, expert assessment, and opine on causation related to child legal cases:
Custody or domestic violence
Injury or accidents in daycare/school setting
Juvenile sports-related litigation - juvenile claims related to sports injuries, initiation rites, hazing, and bullying
Testify before the DOE office of impartial hearings and local school CSE and CPSE meetings
Workers Comp and No-Fault and Civil Litigation
Dr. Linden specializes in counseling and/or evaluating pediatric no-fault cases. In addition, Dr. Linden is a New York State licensed workers comp doctor (S18000-0) and is able to provide evaluations for civil cases and assessments and treatment for injured claimants.
